We can either organise delivery and collection for an additional fee, or you can collect and return yourself or via a 3rd party courier.

It is the hiree’s responsibility to manage all returns of the hire to the showroom at the end of the rental.
Once returned all items will be checked for damages and booked back in.

Payment is due at the time of hire (or for extensions, at the time of notice), unless the Hiree has an account, in which case payment is due within 30 days of the order date.
Payment methods include card (by phone) or bank transfer. By providing card details, the Hiree authorises the Hirer to charge for any extended hire, loss, or damage.
